Project Administrator
Responsibilities
Organisation of electrical engineering works for industrial buildings in foreign countries (travel, accommodation, work supplies);
Working with team leaders and team members;
Managing project documentation;
Supporting project managers in organising their work;
Resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
At least 1 year’s experience in an administrative or similar role;
Ability to communicate in Russian (at least B1 level) and English (A2 level);
Strong result orientation, responsibility and initiative;
Ability to communicate fluently, solve problems and work independently;
Good time management skills.
